AIMS & OBJECTS OF THE TRUST
AIMS & OBJECTS OF THE TRUST: PART- A
i) To establish, maintain, run, improve and develop educational institutions schools, college without any motive for profit and to undertaken already establishment or existing similar institutions, minority schools, all types of teachers training colleges for the benefit of the students belongs to minority community and all other communities, orphanages, widow homes, lunatic asylums, poor houses or establishments for relief and / or help to the poor, old and infirm people and/or destitute.
ii) To import education by opening any institutions, schools, colleges etc. for importing general as well as vocational educations.
iii) Advancement, promotion and spread of education, science, Arts, literature and the establishment maintenance and support of colleges, school, educational institutions, hostels, libraries, reading rooms or other educational institutions providing grants, aids, (financial or otherwise) donations, loans, scholarships, fees and prizes.
iv) To promote, advance and encourage and / or aid in helping promoting, advancing and encouraging primary, secondary and higher education including technical and medical education, dental also physical training, all types of training institutes and/or colleges including teachers training colleges for the benefit of the minority students and the students belongs to al other communities, training of handicrafts, fine art and other useful arts, crafts among the public including the establishment and maintenance of INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION AND COUNCIL and other welfare centers for them.
v) To foster and encourage education and training in handicrafts, fine arts, among women folk in general and establish and found institutions imparting such education and to establish, maintain, support or help by monetary gifts or therewise, centers and institutions for women and children and to provide social welfare works for women and children.
vi) To disseminate useful knowledge on culture and social matters by arranging discussions, lectures, debates, seminars, excursion and such other media for the benefit of the students and public.
vii) To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or help in the setting up and / or maintaining and/or running schools, colleges and all types of teachers training colleges such as Bachelor of Education (B.ED), training colleges, Primary Teachers Training Colleges (PTT), Bachelor or Physical Education (B.P.ED) Teachers Training Colleges, lecture halls and other establishments or institutions for advancement of education and of knowledge in arts, science, literature, humanities and all other useful subjects in all their manifestations.
viii) To meet traveling, boarding and lodging expenses for students going abroad for higher commercial and technical education.
ix) To grant. pay or give scholarship, stipends, prizes regards, allowance and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students with a view to help them in prosecuting their studies in schools, colleges, educational institutions, technical institutions, art schools, institutions teaching commercial and other arts including of cultural arts or other training, research or educational works in India or abroad.
X) To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and / or maintaining and / or running institutions, centers, auditoriums and the like for the ruming of welfare and other services to the public and to provide meeting room for socially useful activities and functions.
xi) To establish, run, support and grant aid or other financial assistance to schools, colleges, libraries, reading rooms, universities, laboratories, research and other institutions of the like nature in India, for use of the students and the staff and also for the development and advancement of education and research and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general.
xii) To establish, maintain and run studentship, internships, fellowships, scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives for study without any distinction of caste, race, creed or sex.
xiii) To publish and or publishing books, pamphlets, periodicals and newspapers in India or outside for the spread and advancement of education and culture.
xiv) To promote establish, support, maintain or grant aid to institutions for the promotion of science, literature, music, drama and fine arts, for the preservation of historical monuments and for the research and other institutions, in India, having similar objects for the benefit of the public in general.
xv) To establish any training institute, coaching centre study-centre, for unemployed youth for their competitive examination and for their employment in public, private; or Government departments.
xvi) To publish or cause to be published useful literatures, news-papers, magazines, books etc.
xvii) To carry on researches into the field of culture, social science and such other departments through the media of Bengali, Hindi & English language.
xviii) To establish and maintain basic and adult education centers, Creche, Balwadi, Anganwadi, Day care centers, short stay-homes, Non-Formal schools, for men & women etc.
xix) To establish / arrange various kinds of vocational training, village industries, schools and training centers, etc. with the help and co-operation of Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies for self employment and development of school drop- out student of back ward people specially weaker woken.
xx) To give provide and / or render help and assistance in cash or kind to poor and / or destitute people widows, etc. and provide free legal-aid service to the poor people.
xxi) To give, provide and / or render help and assistance to and/or implement any scheme for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor people and/ or to the poor people belongs to minority community, schedule caste, schedule tribe, other backward classes and the people who are holding B.P.L. and A.P.L. Card.
xxii) To give provide and or render food, medicine and other help and assistance in any shape or from to the poor deserving and needy persons.
xxiii) To give, provide and / or render monetary and/or other help and assistance for the relief of persons and animals affected by natural and other calamities such as flood, fire, famine, cyclone, earthquake, storm, accident, pestilence, drought, epidemic, unbearable cost of living and the like, to give donations, subscriptions or contributions to institutions, establishments, canters or persons doing relief work on such occasions.
xxiv) To start, maintain and assist any relief measures in those parts which are or become subjected to natural calamites such as flood, fire, drought, famine, cyclone, earth-quake, epidemic storm, accident, pestilence, etc.
xxv) To establish, maintain or grant aid for the establishment or maintenance of wells, tube-wells, tanks, water-reservoirs and trees and constructions of and repairs to paths, roads, bridges, etc. for the use of the public.
xxvi) To give, provide, distribute dhotis, blankets, rugs, woolen clothings, quilts of cotton, woolen, silk or other verities of cloths or other articles of necessity and facilities for the poor and to donate money to the Hoz Pilgrims.
xxvii) To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and / or maintaining and / or running hospitals, boarding houses, libraries, reading-rooms, gymnasium and other training vocational institutes.
xxviii) To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running hospitals, charitable dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, convalescent homes, sanatoriums, hostels and other similar institutions or centers for rendering or providing medical relief and/or aid to the suffering humanities or for research centers and institutions for promotion of research and education for medical science including surgery
xxix) To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running by monetary gifts or otherwise, centers, stadium, play-grounds and parks for public use sports, and games and other social welfare works and/or activities in Kolkata and/or other places in India.
xxx) To open, found, establish, promote, Rice oil Research Centre and organic Fertilizer Centre and assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up establishment, maintenance.
xxxi) To promote, organize, administer, establish, support, maintain, and/or grant aid to any persons, institution or society or organization whatsoever having for its objects of charitable purpose and to incur expenditure in connection therewith.
xxxii) To renovate or repair any such mosque or other places which is notified by the Central Governmental in the Official Gazette to be of historic, archaeological or artistic importance or to be a place of public worship of renown throughout any State or States.
xxxiii) To promote, assist and/or maintain all activities by whosoever carried on or wherever carried on in India in conformity with the objects of the Trust and as are conductive to the well being and general welfare of the Nation or are conductive for advancement of any object or objects of general public utility no involving/carrying on any activity for profit.
xxxiv) To help in the preservation of the cattle and useful animals.
XXXV) To establish, develop, maintain and grant aid in cash or in kind to hospitals, medical-schools, medical-colleges, nursing institutions, dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, and/or such other similar charitable institutions in India for the benefit and use of the general public.
xxxvi) To establish, maintain or grant aid for the establishment and/or maintenance of parks, gardens, gymnasiums, sports clubs, Dharamshalas, Ashrams. temples and rest house for use by public in general.
xxxvii) To establish maintain or grant aid to homes for the aged orphanages or other establishments for the relief and help to the poor, needy and destitute people, orphans, widows and aged persons.
xxxviii) To establish and develop institutions for the physically handicapped/ disabled or mentally retarded persons and to provide them education, food, cloths or other helps for their upbringing.
xl) To construct, repair and manage the marghats, cemeteries, burial grounds, roads, bridges etc.
xli) To grant aid or render assistance to other public charitable trusts or institutions.
xlii) To establish any Micro financial institutions or banking transactions,
Insurance facilities, for the socio-economic development for self-reliance and sustainability, and to give relief and alleviate the poverty of the poor. The income if any from such institutions will not be used for any personal profit of trustee profit will be the capital of the trust to fulfill, its objects.
xliii) To establish run, develop all type of agriculture Institutions, projects, grant aid or other financial assistance to the labourers & cultivators for promotion of agri-diversity.
xliv) To do all rural and urban development activities in India.
xlv) To organize village security/Resistance Force for village/Town protection.
xlvi) To encourage grow more food movement, introduce improve from of cultivation & pisciculture by introducing scientific methods through training & tour to the villagers and encourage farming, fishery, dairy and other such work to attain self-sufficiency in food.
xlvii) To help/promote cottage and home based industries, such as oil-pressing, soap-making, carpentry, black-smith, jute pressing, agro-industries, paper making, doll making, spice & other food processing, production of medicines etc. and works of like nature.
xlviii) To act as a link between Government Agencies on the one hand and the people of the operation area and their organization in the other and in order to secure for the latter a due share in the facilities to be offered like various health camps (i.e. Eyes operation camps, HIV/Aids detections camps, cancer detection camps, awareness on Family planning, TB, Malaria & Water Bourne disease etc.) raining facilities Grants, subsides and financial assistance.
xlix ) To encourage the people of the locality as well as of the State, specially women for small savings, from which self-help group amongst men and women are to be formed. In this connection, NABARD, SIDBI,R.M.K, such other banks( National/Private), agencies corporations, sections, etc. are to be contacted for receiving loan/grant, Foreign Grant etc. for rehabilitation of the
members of the group related to enhance their income. To promote Income Generation programme, which will give stress for economical development of the helpless women, frustrated youths, and of landless villagers. This programme will give stress on market survey and skill development also.
li) To work for reclamation of wasteland and distribute those to landless people of the village informing local authorities of the Government.
lii) To work collaboratively with various Registered or Non-Registered organization for development of the Trust.
liii) To expenses solidarity and mobilize members of the Forum and public opinion in case of Human Rights violation and such other exploitations and injustices, as also to motivate people to address emerging issues and to undertake such issue-based programmes accordingly.
liv) To undertake entrepreneurship Development programmes and to start small scale Industries for employment generation through KVIC, bank, Govt. & Non-govt. organizations/resource institutions with the help and assistance of concerned department.
lv) To meet the problem of unemployment any placement with, can be opened regarding security-guard, gun-men, laborers, official-job etc. as well as the trust can make an agreement or contract with any industries, banks, corporations, or other Govt. & Non-Government organizations to appoint the unemployed men & women.
lvi) To promote AYURVEDIC and herbal medicines and plantation as also to manufacture and distribute the products among the people for propagations of ayurvedic knowledge system and research.
