AIMS & OBJECTS OF THE TRUST: PART- B
i) To fight against any type of forgery regarding lands, education, electricity, finance, forgery in the Panchayat-Raj, Panchayat-Samity, Zillaparisad administration as well as in the case of agriculture, roads, mining, irrigation, cultivation etc.
II) To arrange awareness generation camps for the general people to develop their sense regarding the laws, legal rights and social evils.
IV) To submit any social investigation report to the court or any Government authority, and to lodge complain to the appropriate authority against any type of corruptions and anti-social activities for the public interest.
III) To establish the greater interest of the general people, any PIL can be field in the Court.
V) To imbibe a feeling in the mind of directors and employees of both central and State Government who are custodian of Government funds to see that the Government fund is honestly and properly utilized.
VI) Let the Government employees do their duties as per administrative rules.
VII) To fight against Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization who are encouraging oppressive act against its workers.
VIII) To fight against identified official who is including corruption in his capacity.
IX) To derive out evils prevailing in the social customs like premature marriage, un-touch ability, castes Satidaha etc. and aware people about those evils.
X) To help the Govt. to fulfill its objects and help to programmers & projects.
XI) To safeguard the interest of the honest and responsible Govt. Officers.
1. That the Trust Fund may be augmented by the income from the initial fund and also by donations/contributions/profit from any project time to time.
2. That the Trust Fund shall not be applied for any purpose other than those specified in para 3 here in above.
3. Any other object of general public utility :- PROVIDED.
4. The trust always consultancy other trust and register NGO and other organization.
i) That none of the objects of this trust at any time involve carrying on of any activity for profit.
ii) That the income or the assets of the trust fund shall not be applied or transferred in whole or in part for any purpose other than charitable.
III) That the income or assets of the trust shall not be applied or used for the benefit of the authors of the trust or any person who makes substantial contribution or donation to the trust or any trustee.
